I thought they played at Candlestick Park in S.F., CA. THAT was their last concert, until Jan. '69, on the rooftop in London.
No slight intended to Edfray and this great blog, but yes, they continued touring for another year after the Hollywood Bowl shows. The last Hollywood Bowl concert was Aug. 30, 1965. the last gig in San Francisco was Aug. 29, 1966. In between they toured the UK, Germany, Japan, the Philippines, Canada and the US.
