Wikipedia describes this as "... a pastiche using film clips from Republic serials, re-dubbed with comic dialog to tell a tale of world conquest by sex, drugs and rock and roll." It is also a scream, with the old solemn scenes made now ridiculous, flying men in capes, gun-play, and cars going over cliffs. Link in comments.

Downloads fine, but after extraction, this type of file won't play on my Winamp nor Windows Media...
