Personally, I think Rambo died of lack of interest. These outsider characters were all the rage after the 60s, but now you got to be a conformist....or maybe he just died of outrage after seeing that Trump was elected, LOL

After thinking it through I have decided it HAS to be a draw.
The obvious answer is that they are both dead. And they are - no more sequels.
