This CD is 17 years out-of-print and may never be reissued and fetches $73 on Amazon, used. I could put a link for it in the comments, I suppose. I might. Maybe.
I have it now thank you... At 66 yo I'm still trying to get my head around the new tech...nothing to do with the wacky baccy I used to indulge in back in the 60's though...
